Important information about booking

 

Please show respect for the studio’s time and other clients.

 

– Changes or cancellations must be made online no later than 24:00 the day before.

 

– More than 4 changes per month may result in your account being blocked.

 

– Failure to show up without timely cancellation will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

Important rules for the client

Policy for Booking, Cancellation and No-Show

 

1. General Provisions

These terms regulate changes and cancellations of booked services as well as the consequences of failing to attend an appointment at David Nukri Studio.

 

2. Changing and Cancelling Appointments

Clients have the right to change or cancel an appointment no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. All changes must be made by the client via the confirmation link received in the booking email. Changes are made online without involvement of the hairdresser.

 

3. Account Blocking in Case of Repeated Changes

If a client changes or cancels an appointment more than four times within a calendar month, the studio reserves the right to contact the client (by phone or email) to clarify the reason. If no reasonable explanation is given, the client’s account may be blocked and no further bookings will be allowed.

 

4. No-Show and Fee

If a client fails to attend an appointment without timely cancellation, a fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged. Unpaid fees may be transferred to a debt collection agency for recovery.

 

5. Legal Basis

These terms are drawn up in accordance with Danish and EU consumer law (including the Forbrugeraftaleloven) and are intended to ensure clear guidelines for both parties.
