The client may change or cancel an appointment no later than 24:00 the day before the scheduled time — i.e. a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.

All changes are made by the client using the confirmation link received in the Fresha booking email. Changes are completed online — no need to contact the studio directly.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment are treated as a no-show and are subject to the fee set out in § 4.

If a client changes or cancels an appointment more than 4 times within a calendar month, the studio reserves the right to contact the client to discuss the reason.

If no reasonable explanation is provided, the client's account may be temporarily suspended and further bookings may not be permitted. The studio reserves the right to assess each case individually.

A no-show occurs when the client fails to attend an appointment without having cancelled in time (at least 24 hours in advance). This applies regardless of the reason, unless documented force majeure applies.

In the event of a no-show, a fee of 50% of the booked service price will be charged. The fee is collected automatically via Fresha.

Unpaid fees may be passed to a debt collection agency in accordance with Danish debt collection legislation.

A deposit of 50% of the service price is required when booking all colour treatments, including AirTouch and Balayage. The deposit is charged automatically via Fresha at the time of booking.

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances — including timely cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show. This is because the reservation results in a direct loss of income for the studio, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. The client is clearly informed of this condition at the time of booking.

If the client attends the booked appointment, the deposit is deducted from the total service price.

The non-refundable deposit constitutes compensation for lost income arising from the reservation of time, and is lawful under Danish consumer law when the client has been clearly informed prior to booking.
