All hair cosmetics and products purchased through our online store are covered by this return policy. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Studio Services
Haircuts, coloring, styling, and other salon services are not covered by this return policy. Any questions or concerns regarding studio services are handled individually — please contact us at info@davidnukri.com and we will find a solution.
Opened / Used Products
Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in original condition cannot be returned. This is in accordance with EU regulations on sealed goods related to health protection and hygiene.
