How do I book an appointment?
Use the Book Now button on this website. You can also reach me directly on Instagram or by email. I recommend booking in advance — my schedule fills up quickly.
Do I need a consultation before my first visit?
For new clients, especially for color services, a consultation is strongly recommended. It costs 500 kr and is deducted from your service if you proceed. This is not a formality — it's how I ensure the result meets your expectations. I don't guess. I plan.
How far in advance should I book?
For haircuts — at least 1–2 weeks ahead. For color services (AirTouch, Balayage) — 2–4 weeks. Weekend slots go even faster. If you need something urgent, send me a message and I'll check availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. To cancel, use the link in your booking confirmation email — all instructions are there. For colour services, a 50% deposit is required at booking. If you cancel in time, it is returned automatically. If you do not show up, the deposit is non-refundable.
What if I'm running late?
Please let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten the service or reschedule, depending on the day. I respect your time — I ask the same in return.
Do you cut children's hair?
No. I work with clients aged 16 and above only. This allows me to focus fully on the quality of my work and maintain the professional environment of the studio.
Do you do extensions?
I offer cuts with extensions — meaning I will shape and style hair that already has extensions. I do not install or remove extensions myself.
Can I go blonde in one session?
It depends entirely on your current hair colour and history. I will never promise something I can't deliver. If your hair needs multiple sessions to reach the result safely — I will tell you honestly at the consultation. Hair health always comes first.
What is the difference between AirTouch and Balayage?
Balayage is a hand-painted technique — natural colour at the root with lighter pieces swept upward. AirTouch uses air to separate fine hair before colouring, creating an exceptionally soft and natural gradient. Both are my speciality — which one suits you depends on your hair and the look you want.
Should I come with clean or dirty hair?
For colour services — come with clean hair. Colour takes better on clean hair. For bleaching at the scalp — slightly unwashed hair is fine, as natural oils protect the scalp. For haircuts — clean hair is always best.
Should I bring reference photos?
Yes, please. Photos are the clearest way to communicate what you want. Bring examples of what you like — and also what you don't like. The more information I have, the more precise the result.
Why does colour pricing vary so much?
Colour pricing depends on many factors: your hair length, thickness, current colour, desired result, and the number of steps needed. I never give a final price without seeing your hair first. The price list shows starting points — the exact price is confirmed at consultation.
Do you offer discounts or loyalty programmes?
I don't run discount promotions. My pricing reflects the quality, time, and expertise I put into every service. What I do offer is consistency — every visit you can expect the same level of attention and result.
